Our products will be delivered to you straight from the brands who manufacture them. For example, if you order a shirt from Mustique and a bikini from Voke, each product will be packaged and shipped by the respective brand, meaning that you will receive two different parcels.
Once your products are shipped, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with the the delivery details. This will include a link where you can track your order status and follow your products until they reach you.
Our goal is for you to get access to independent brands wherever they are based. Currently we accept orders within all Europe.

If you wish to cancel your order, you should get in touch ASAP for us to do so before the order is shipped. However, if you are too late and the order has been shipped already, you can always return the items up to 14 days after you receive them.
Yes, you can. If you are not happy with the item, you can should send the item back to the brand through a courier of your desire, and once the brand receives it, we will issue a gift card for you to use on another purchase. The items can be returned up to 14 days from the day you receive them.
Customers can return their products up to 14 days after they receive the product. Items must be in their original and resale condition, including the tag. Also, you will have to fill a form for returning with your reason to do so. Customers who wish to return a product will have to ship it through any courier of their choice. Once we verify the item's conditions, you will be reimbursed for the item, but not for any delivery costs.
If the items that you wish to return are in good conditions, the customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses of the return. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com to find out more.
Nevertheless, if you are not happy with an item we lways suggest you to think of someone else that perhaps would like to own it. It helps reduce CO2 emissions and make someone quite happy :)

If the size guide is not available on the product page, please get in touch with us to help you find out what size would fit you best. We are working to get as much information available as possible. Unfortunately, we are still not able to include size guides for all brands as each of them has their own references.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (ATM) and MBWAY. In your check-out, you will have to choose your preferred payment method. If you choose the bank transfer option (Multibanco), you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email with further instructions on how to proceed.

But these aren't the only reasons that make Baizik collaborate with them. We do so because each of these independent brands has its own concepts, which are often creative and unique.
Baizik's goal is to be a platform where people from all over the world can find, learn about and buy independent fashion brands that are mostly up to 10 years old. We also look at metrics such as ethics, sustainability, communication style, quality of materials, among others, to offer our consumers a diverse choice, but with the highest quality standards.

At the moment we offer local and intra Europe shipping. To simplify the process, our brands use their own shipping solution, so you will be able to manage and send the order from Baizik altogether with your other orders.
By law, customers can regret their purchases and return their items within 14 days of purchase. These returns will go directly to the purchased vendor's desired address. Regarding the refund, we will offer a gift card for the same amount as the purchase that the client can use within any brand offered on our store, however, the client also has an option of requesting a full refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
We are a full dropshipping platform, meaning that we don't keep or require any stock. By using Jetti, we will automatically sync with your backoffice and get stock updates in almost real time. You don't have to worry about sending us an email every time that you have stock changes. Our goal is for our brands to have a no-hassle experience.
At Baizik we believe in transparency and our goal is that every brand has the same fee. Nevertheless, we want to find the right solution for each brand. Whilst we need to ensure we cover a minimum fee % in order to pay our tech, marketing and operation bills, we understand you need to do the same. Let’s make sure we work on something that ends up being a win-win situation.
